- On a similar note, Phil stated that a child of a close friend of his called it "Bad Bird."

- If you look closely, you can see he only has a nose and no eyes, meaning the character is eyeless.

Penelope and Mabel are both minor and recurring female characters that appeared in VeggieTales. In their debut, they were waiting for husbands to come back home from pillaging the other night. The two later appeared in Jonah when they spotted the prophet by the docks, and wonder what's the new message from God.

Chester's Parents
Chester's Parents first appear in The Wonderful Wizard of Ha's and reprimand their son Chester (played by Gourdon) for running off and kidnapping innocent munchies, after the Dad asks the Minions to put down their mops, the Mom reminds Chester that he needs to finish packing because they're taking a trip to see his cousin Bobby in Kansas.
The Mom looks identical to the Pear and Penelope but has blonde hair and bangs in front, a pink blouse and skirt pearl earrings, and a green nose and carries a brown bag in her debut only while the Dad looks identical to Oscar and has a brown hat, pants, and tie, Black eyebrows, hair, and mustache, and a tan shirt. The Dad is obviously not the same character as Oscar (even though quite a number of fans think that they're the same character) because his hairs are different and he doesn't have a Polish accent and it's unconfirmed if Penelope is the same character as the Pear or Penelope, some fans assume it's true but she appears again in It's a Meaningful Life and her name is Betty but Penelope appears in her debut costume so it makes it more unlikely they're the same character.
